Repair service - customer care
Our aim is to provide a quality repair service to our customers. To help us monitor how well we are doing and to check the standard of contractors' work, our repairs and maintenance inspectors may conduct a post-work inspection.
You will be asked some questions about the contractor and their work. You will also be asked if you can identify any improvements in the way repairs are dealt with to help us improve the service.
