What is a compliment?

A compliment is an expression of satisfaction, however made, about the standard of service, action or individual staff member's performance affecting an individual or group of customers.

Who can make a compliment?

Anyone using the council's services can compliment a service, either in person or through a third party.

How do I make a compliment?
