About our events programme

We are proud of our achievements in delivering high quality, family friendly events for local residents and visitors to enjoy. The number of events has increased, with over 57 events in the diary this year, making it the busiest year for events in the borough.

The council aims to have a dynamic events programme to:

  • Increase footfall into town centres
  • Develop and raise cultural awareness
  • Organise diverse events for the public
  • Increase the economic viability of the borough
  • To promote the council

With these aims the council will ensure events are run in a fun and safe manner for the benefit of the public.

All events are developed with Hinckley BID and Hinckley Town Centre Partnership.

Our events publications

Look out for our town centre events guide detailing our events during 2019.

Our twice yearly editions of the borough events guide also includes community events across the borough.

Borough wide events

To complement our Hinckley town centre events guide, a bi-annual events guide incorporating many other events within the borough is available to download from our website.

You can promote your event in this publication for free. Simply call 01455 255856 and ask for Paula Padmore.
