We have adopted a code of conduct for both licensees and casual traders, using best practice recommended by The National Association of British Market Authorities (NABMA). This came into effect on 1 July 2009 and is for the benefit of all traders and the Borough Council. This means that any issues that arise from the market between traders, customers and the council will be dealt with according to the code of conduct.
