Bins for a new home

You only need to order the bins you actually require. If the previous occupier has left some of the bins but not others, then just order the bins that you need. Prices are:

• Black bin - refuse: £28.90
• Blue lidded bin - recycling: £28.90
• Brown bin - garden waste £42.50

Garden waste bin

Ordering the service for £42.50 will provide you with the service up until 31 May 2025. You will then need to renew the service from 1 June 2025.

You will automatically receive your sticker and welcome pack for the garden waste collection service. This will need renewing every year as this is now a chargeable service.

You can also pay over the phone (please have your debit or credit card to hand) and by post (cheque or postal order).

Delivery time-scale

From receiving payment, we can usually deliver bins within five working days. We will only deliver once payment has been made and you have moved into the property.
